Note, this is NOT a plan intended to put forward a particular slate of candidates for the Executive Board. Rather, it is a sincere attempt to publicize our ideas for strengthening the Party in advance of the Executive Committee meeting Dec11. We hope that these ideas can serve as a foundation for discussion at the election on Dec 11 and that the ideas will be embraced by the Party leadership.
