Ron Suarez has engaged Detroit by Design regarding a special price break on catering, but we can still use volunteers to help with setup, cleanup, etc.

1) Everyone should help (phone, email) get people to pre-register (details to follow for registration)
2) Everyone possible hand out fliers during the day on Saturday at the convention.
3) Have people outside Cobo directing folks to the shuttle.
4) Have people wait outside Cobo to let people know shuttle is returning (if the shuttle makes 2 trips)
5) Have cars line up ouside Cobo to lead others who want to follow in their own car
6) Have greeters at 555 to guide people as they arrive
Resources Available:
- Ron Suarez will be doing music and has another DJ to help
- Sara Hughes will be doing video projection and could use an assistant
- Ron is talking to other volunteer prospects
- Someone could try to get a micro brew to donate beer in return for marketing exposure
Count Me In
David and Mary Shindell will print flyers to distribute at the convention, and will also help with sign-in at the party. We are exploring potential resource to allow payment by credit card at the door.
